Final Update on Gift Contributions Supporting Lead Safe Mama, LLC

Published on April 7, 2025 — Monday

Hello friends! We are excited to share our latest update regarding the allocation of the $8,000 in charitable gifts received since January to support the ongoing efforts of Lead Safe Mama, LLC. This comprehensive overview reflects some recent adjustments, as we kept certain campaigns open to accommodate additional contributions aimed at those specific initiatives. This strategy allowed us to reallocate funds seamlessly to other pending projects, maximizing the impact of every dollar donated.

In our previous update, we highlighted how the contributions helped fund various campaigns. Since then, the One-A-Day Prenatal Testing project was fully funded without additional support, which was fantastic news. This achievement freed up resources, enabling us to undertake new testing, such as analyzing Gorilla Munch cereal. Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, we successfully conducted this new round of testing, furthering our mission to ensure safer consumer products for families.

We are grateful for the continued generosity of everyone involved. Thanks to your support, we have also received additional funds to bridge the gap for even more testing and investigative reporting. Our commitment remains to allocate these resources transparently and effectively.

Stay tuned for a forthcoming update, where we will share a detailed spreadsheet illustrating how these new funds are being distributed across various projects. For those interested in supporting our work with un-designated donations—allowing us to allocate funds where they are most needed—please consider contributing via this link or joining us on Patreon with a monthly contribution here.

Thank you once again for your steadfast support. Together, we are making a difference in promoting safer consumer products and protecting vulnerable populations.

Warm regards,
Tamara Rubin
